Ordered a make up case. Recieved it and it wasn't what I wanted. Returned case and requested and exchange. I recieved emails asking me what my name was, what the item number was, what item I wanted in exchange. After one month of useless emails and unaswered phone calls, I requested a refund. Credit card was never credited. I filed a complaint with the BBB. No response to them either. This thieving company has an F rating with the BBB but is still in business. Buyer Beware!
