On June 2011, my copywriting team finished writing 1 press release, 3 web pages, and a blog post as per Jiorphia Damier's request.  Miss Damier claims to be owner and CEO of Coco Mango Promotions.  Her website is not live yet, and this is a new business venture she was just starting out on.  The total owed for the project was $56.65.  Jiorphia Damier failed to pay any percentage of the fee, after demanding that we provide her the content within 7 days and calling on the 6th day to ask where it was.  Two weeks after the content was sent, we heard from her "boyfriend" who said she would pay the next Tuesday.

Despite numerous calls, emails, and despite a call from my financial manager, we never received any percentage of the $56.65 due from Jiorphia Damier.  She showed no courtesy in any way during this business "deal" - and we never got what was owed.  She has  blocked our number from calling and changed her email. If you know Jiorphia Damier, PLEASE get in touch with us so we can contact her and request what is owed us.

Jiorphia Damier and her business CocoMango Promotions is a SCAM and should never be trusted for any business transaction.

Express Writer Team Julia Spence is a LIAR, SCAM ARTIST, & LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Miss Julia Spence is truly a manipulative, sneaky woman, who truly needs to take an ETHICS course. In June, I requested ORIGINAL website copy services from Express Writer Team. I sent Julia an outline, several facts, and good example websites to get an IDEA from. I specifically told Julia to RESEARCH the Caribbean scene in Atlanta and how it correlates to Event Marketing and Promotions.

After the initial draft, I told Julia that I wanted ORIGINAL website copy content and that the draft contained mostly what I wrote and it sounded as if she RE-WORDED the example websites I advised her to get an IDEA from. Miss Julia, in reply, told me that since I was a business just starting out, she really didn't have anything to go by, and that I sent her too little information. As time went by, revision after revision, the content got better, but was still TOO SIMPLE, as I told Julia personally.

Unfortunately, due to family issues, I put the business on hold. I then decided that when I did FINALLY get my business back on track,  I would just have to get a NEW writer, an English PROFESSOR, to edit Julia's work before I continued. Julia sent me an invoice for $56 immediately, even though I didn't TELL her that I was SATISFIED with the work. Living in America, I know my rights. If someone claims to be a professional, but the service isn't done right, an individual does not have to accept it. Meaning, an individual does not have to pay for it.

I HAD every intention on paying Julia for OUTSTANDING, PROFESSIONAL work, if that's what I had received. A friend of mine called her and told her that she'd be receiving payment soon, despite incomplete service, just to get her off my back. Instead, she began to send me malicious emails instead of being courteous and asking if everything was acceptable. She began constantly calling and sending me up to five invoices a day. She was truly desperate. Seriously, my phone bill costs more.

So now, she decides to go the childish route, she results to slander. She even went as far as sending me a FAKE LEGAL NOTICE EMAIL from one of the BIGGEST  Attorneys in Pennsylvania. Little Miss Julia didn't know that I had my wits. I contacted him and he is FURIOUS. EVERYBODY KNOWS THAT IT IS ILLEGAL TO SEND A FRAUDULENT LEGAL NOTICE. SHE EVEN USED HIS FULL NAME! By the way, Miss Julia will be receiving a REAL LEGAL NOTICE from the lawyer she PRETENDED to be.

Recently, Miss Julia sent me an email where she stated that she would NO LONGER be contacting me as per my request and as advised by her "lawyer." Conclusively, Miss Julia needs to learn the concept that the CUSTOMER'S SATISFACTION IS A COMPANY'S FIRST PRIORITY. All in all, I WILL be paying Miss Julia the $56 for the sake of my reputation and peace of mind.
