Complaint Review: COCONUT PETALS DAY SPA

I bought a Groupon for a 90-minute massage.  When I called to schedule my appointment - all you get is a recording asking to visit their website to schedule the appontment.

BUT, there is no website.  

I thought Groupon dealt with reputable businesses.  Now these scam artists not only took my money, but they have my credit card information.

I want to know who is going to stop these crooks and how my hard-earned money is going to be refunded?

Looking for them, I see that I am not the only victim.

I trust they will be found and held accoutable before more people are scammed.  

What can be done to STOP THEM?
