 On April 22, 2015 at approx 11:40 am I purchased a uniform set from Code 3 Tactical Supply. I had checked their website repeatedly to make sure the items I wanted to purchase via the internet were in stock and not on back order. Their website is setup so you can tell what is in stock quickly.

Well, wouldn't you know it. As soon as I finished my purchase, the items were listed as out of stock. Of course if you go to their website site now, it is listed as instock yet again. So I did some research on this company and found out, that this business may not even be at this address, as I found an address of 2107 Zeier Rd Madison WI 53704 that belong to the same business. Now this business claims to be all about customer service. and I quote: "What makes Code 3 Tactical Supply different?  We’ve found the majority of law enforcement online retailers tend to fall into two categories.  1) Those operated out of someone’s home as a hobby business.  Although some of these websites offer low priced gear and a fancy website, their drawbacks include no customer services, no inventory and horrible ordering policies.  2)  We’ve found some of the larger stores that offer this type of gear, although one company, they operate several different websites.  If you have a bad experience at one of their websites, there is a good chance you’ll find another one of their websites and unknowingly still be buying from the same company.  Large online dealers have big warehouses, lots of 1-800 operators and the prices to match that service.  You’ll find we try to keep our prices as low as possible and to top it off, you’ll find we have some of the best shipping rates and cancellation/return policy anywhere." It turns out this place uses a phone service as well.

On April 25, 2015 I called (608) 535-9984 (Message phone service through google) and left a message. The voice mail message pretty much makes it clear that he has no intentions of returning any phone calls. I called wanting to know why my products hadnt shipped yet.

On April 26, 2015 I sent an email asking "Whats the hold up? Your site said everything was in stock. What is taking so long to get my items shipped? Thanks for your time."  Their response: I am sorry, we do not list active stock status on the website. Those items are currently out of stock here at the store and are estimated to be back in stock within 4-7 days.

That wasnt a good enough answer, which is why I am claiming false advertising against this crap company.

So on May 6, 2015 I emailed yet again: "

I'm following up to check on my order. Its been more then 7 days since you said it was on back order. Do you have an eta on when you will be able to ship my order?

Thank you" His response:

I am sorry, we are still waiting for the restocking order to come in from Tru-Spec. The last notification we received has all of our in stock backorders coming in by the end of next week.

So at this point I made up my mind that I would wait to see when I would ever get my products and then file a rip off report afterwards.

So on May 8, 2015 I get an email that tells me my items went to shipping and that in 2 days I would recieve a tracking number. Well I never got my tracking number and my uniform finally arrived as of Today.

I am advising people advoid this company like the plague unless you physicall go to the store(If one really does exist). I should have followed my gut and shopped somewhere else for my items. He refuses to post a real phone, and he refuses to return any phone calls. Do not trust his website as far as what is in stock.
