Code Red 7 I called and cancel the auto shipment and customer did not can and 199.91 was taken from my acct without my permission Van Nuys California
I called on Oct 22, 2013 to cancel auto shipments I was told by cutomer service my account was canceled on November 11, 2013 $199.91 was debited from my bank account I called Customer service spoke with Mark Lupus the person stated that he was a Customer service Supervisor stated that a full refund will be given in 7-10 business days. I called on November 13, 2013 spoke with Carle she also stated that she was a Customer Service Supervisor stated that yes the refund was submitted for processing I called again on November 18, 2013 to
followup on the refund process and spoke with a Alexandra she stated that a refund process was not submitted and I asked her why she stated that the account was only cancelled and stated that only a 25% refund would be issued and she would submit it today for processing I asked Alexandra was she telling me that I was told a lie by the Supervisors Alexandra stated yes I was told a lie per company policy they do not give refunds. I askes Alexandra was this call being recordsed she stated yes calls are recorded I asked to speak with a Supervisor Alexandra stated they do not have a Supervisor that I can speak.
