After hearing multiple ads on satellite radio decided to give the product a try because I could try it for free.  I didn't realize it was a spray based on the advertisement.

When I called for my free bottle I was pushed into signing up for repetitive monthly program that would occur automatically.  I immediately decided that this was not a good idea and said "nevermind".  I should have stayed with that initial response.  The sales person said that I could cancel the monthly service immediately upon receiving the shipment.  I didn't even need to wait to try it  but that I had to order one bottle in addition to the one I was going to get for "free".  She said the shipping would be the same so I could get 2 bottles for just $19.99 and was free to cancel immediately if I wanted.

Well...I gave them my credit card information and ordered 2 bottles.  The fact that they advertised on XM and had been for a long time made be feel that they must be legitimate.  I won't ever make that mistake again.  As soon as the product and packing slip arrived I cancelled the order.  The person who took my call said that I didn't have time to truly evaluate it and that she would let me try it first before cancelling the order.

I stood my ground and explained that when I ordered it I told the salesperson that I didn't want any monthly arrangement and that if I liked the product I would call and order it whenever it was needed.  I was also fueled by the fact that in addition to the $19.99 I paid for my free trial I was assessed a shipping fee of $29.98 for a total charge of $49.97.  I did not request, nor did I receive rush shipping.  $29.98 is the standard shipping charge, which would apply to any "free" trial.

I received the 2 bottles as promised within a few days.  There claims were a bit hard to believe so I wanted to check it out before actually needing it to work with my wife.  I sprayed the Spearment on my p***s and within 7 seconds I felt it alright.  I felt burning but no erection.  It just burned.  Even if my wife was ready for me, I wouldn't have been in the mood any longer.  I washed it off but still felt the effects for a couple of hours afterward.  Out of curiousity I decided to see if maybe it was just the Spearment additive that caused the problem, so I sprayed on the Cherry.  This time, I put on less than half of the recommended dose.  Thanks goodness!  The Cherry felt exactly like IcyHot.  I feel like an idiot for even trying this junk.

So then I decide to complain and to ask for my refund.  There is no website so I called the toll free number on the packing slip.  Much to my delight, I was told that my account had already been closed and that I would receive no additional charges and would receive no additional product.  I then explained that Code Red did not meet my expectations and I wanted a full refund.  Isn't that to be expected for a free trial?   The person said he would be glad to help me with that and that he would provide an RMA #.

After a brief pause, he said that before he could give me the number he needed to "remind" me that he could only refund 25% of the product price.  This was not a reminder as it was the first I had heard of it.  In addition, the shipping would be at my own expense.  Quick math lesson:  25% of $20 is $5, which would not pay for the shiping of two bottles of this junk.  I said "Thanks" and hung up.  I could have yelled and gotten mad, but decided to take this as a $50 lesson in life.  I knew better than to believe the claims I heard on the radio, but I didn't listen.  I hope this message keeps somebody else from making this mistake.

As for the two bottles of Code Red?  I am a runner, so I think I will spray it on my knees and ankles the next time they are feeling a little tight.
