ordered a Codejet C-360 Touchscreen Printer with thermochromic ink from Codejet on June 7, 2018.  The order included an Ink Starter Kit, and Photocel with bracket and cable, for a total purchase price of $5,745.00.  The order was promised to be delivered within five weeks of purchase, or by July 12, 2018.   

On September 30th, nearly three months after ordering and multiple excuses from Wes Lansford, the unit had not been delivered.  I sent a cancellation notice to Wes Lansford at Codejet on October 1, 2018, and requested a return of our payment.   On October 10, 2018, Wes Lansford agreed via e-mail to issue a refund for the order, less shipping costs for a loaner unit (that failed upon the first day of use and was returned to Codejet). 

After two weeks of non-payment, our attorney sent Codejet a demand letter dated October 23, 2018 for payment as promised.  As of today, October 31, 2018, Wes Lansford has not responded or made payment.  I will remove this Ripoff Report if I receive a refund from Codejet, but I suspect that will not happen.  

I regret not seeing the previous customer's Ripoff Report for Codejet prior to ordering the unit, and hopefully our report will prevent others from doing business with Wes Lansford and Codejet.
