be aware of coldwell banker sunstar realty in port charlotte fl . they are not there to help you they are there to make money only, even if they sell you a house that is not fit to live in. they took my $1000.00 deposit which they said would be returned to me if i did not want the house. the agent tryed to force me to buy the house even after the inspector found serious problems with the house by saying now i would loose my $1000.00 deposit. usaa recommended them to me and i complained to them about the realtor and their attitude was "O WELL" i am finished with these people to i guess i should check Angies list or ripoff report first.
