Cody got me pregnant never came around pretended to be daddy untill a DNA test was done. When the DNA test came back he was the father he then said he wanted to be a father and be there.

about 1 month after he said all of this he then told me he was not ready to be a father. He lives out of state and I have never asked him for a thing but to call once or twice a month to check on his son and see how he is I dont think that is to much to ask.

Watch out girls he tells you what to want to hear to get what he want but then he leave. He recked my car and left me with the bill of $1100.00 and a kid I love and and cant live without but cant afford.

He doesnt work he gets in car recks gets the settlement and lives off that he gets a job every now and then but they are crapy jobs 16 year olds would get not grown ups or he just lives of nieve girls with low self esteem like his current girlfriend

I am not the original poster that person was a friend of mine who thought that she should post this on my behalf.  I am not able to remove the post so I am going to give the true story.  Cody and I were kids when we had my son neither of us was ready we both made mistakes but Cody has always loved his son.  My friend thought that he was a bad person and that wasnt her call to make.  Our son is now 11 and Cody has always been a part of his life.  He lives in another state so it does make it hard to see him but thats what summers are for and he calls everyday on his way home from work to talk about our sons day.  I am horrible at math so any time he needs help with homework he calls his dad and they work on it together he has even read over the phone to Cody for his 20 min daily reading.  Our path to parenthood wasnt ideal but he is in no way is a bad father I am thankfull everyday that he is the father of my son.  If I could get this removed i would because it in now way is how I feel.  If anyone has any questions about Cody feel free to email me directly mrlawien@gmail.com I would be happy to set the record straight.

Given the guy is such a loser I would think you are better off without having him in your or the baby's life.

I am sure at some point you will find a man that doesn't mind if you have a kid and then he can adopt him without the consent of the father (depends on state laws though).

So the courts are going to make him call once or twice a month to check on his kid, since that's what your OP said you wanted. Gee, that doesn't seem like a very hard order to comply with. But I'd advise you to be careful, he'll probably call collect.

When I found out I was pregnant he said he would be there. No matter what it takes two people to make a baby there for he needs to help. Thankfully for me the courts agree.

Just a thought There is no justifing a man or woman that does not pay childsupport

If you could not afford a baby by yourself then why did you not make sure there was protection involved?

There is no justifing a man or woman that does not pay childsupport. However, if people did a little more thinking with their heads, there would be alot fewer cases like this one.

I have an ex husband that does not pay child support but before we even talked about having a child together I used my head and decided if I could afford to take care of a baby with out him.

Think of the future girls not the now.
