Hello Mr. Moran, for the record, ........

Further, the Virginia Judge made statements without me having made any defense, but if you recall, as you where there, or if you wish to review the transcript, in the hearing for contempt, he found that the documents you filed ............to have mislead me on the hearing date with 2 different notification dates.

I do truly hope in time you can put your anger behind you and live a long, prosperous life. If you had really lost any money on our racing transaction I would be working hard to get you that money back. Maybe Mr. Spargo will return the money he did steal, real money, and you can actually make a great profit. I do hope that will happen as I have been helping the lawyers in that case find him and others he did business with.
