My wife went online to look up coffee vending machines. We wanted one for our business. When she contacted Ryan at Coffee Vending Business, he told her he had additional sites in our area that wanted machines in there business. We have a son (Cole) that was looking for work. The locations he had was at the college and a large engineering firm in Helena Montana, in Great Falls he had a location at a medical facility on 26th St South, a large publishing company on 9th Ave So, and we were going to put one in our Academy. All 5 locations had 60 plus employees per location.Ryan said to profit $800 a month you needed 60 people.  He had signed contracts with the four locations and we would be number 5. They had to be filled within a week because he had signed contracts. Each of the contracts were for three years. 

 We agreed on a price of $17700 for 5 machines, 4 locations, set up and training at our location, 1000 cups per machine, four 5lb bags of product per machine, and a one year parts and warranty. The machines were to be delivered to our house on the next Monday. They were sending a guy out of Billings Montana to do the training on Thursday of the same week. We transfered two payments of $8850.

 We had a family Elk hunting trip planned over this time. Ryan said he had signed contracts and could not change it. My son came back from hunting early to do the training on Thursday. There had only been 3 delivered. Two of them were backordered. Cole contacted Ryan and he said that he contacted the businesses and they were okay with the date change. They were not sending the guy up from Billings to do the training until all of the machines were here. They showed up on December 4,2013. To make a long story short, all we received were the 5 machines. No training, No product and cups, and we did not receive the locations. The locations they sent us in an email were grade schools in a low income area of town. Of the 4 locations they did not have 60 employees total. 

 We have tried calling Ryan numerous times. He would not answer or return our calls. We sent emails and that got us no where. He told us about our grade school locations and that was all that we were receiving. We are frustrated and not sure what else to do.

I bought 4 machines from Ryan in December. They are all still in my shop in bad repair.

 

He promised very large locations, he promised "Chris" would come out and install the machines in these locations and train us on the equipment, he promised quality equipment. 

 

I received none of the above. Ryan no longer returns calls. He knows exactly what he is selling vs. what he is providing.

I installed one machine in our business by myself. I have 4 others sitting in my garage.  I have called and left messages with Ryan and the company in Las Vegas who sent the vending machines. Ryan has an answering service taking his calls. He has not returned my calls. I tried several times. 

I can't find any cups on line or from our local vendors.  Ryan told us the cups could be purchased through Sysco, Farmer Brothers, Sams or Costco. There are no 6.5 ounce cups available for this coffee machine and that is the only size that will work, as far as I know.  While the machine was installed with no help from Ryan or anyone else, the machine sits idle because we have no cups that will filt the coffee machine.

 I have all the emails Ryan sent us with the locations in the email. After not receiving training , supplies, cups, and the locations we were promised I have went back and forth with Ryan and he is nothing more than a LIAR, CHEAT and a THIEF. The company he works for, if there is actually even a company, is as big of a FRAUD as Ryan. I have not been able to buy cups or even find out how to operate or adjust anything in the machine. I tried to put one in my business and the rest are in my garage. The one in my business, I can not get 6.5 oz cups for. I was told they would take 6.5 or 8 oz cups. I believe that is another lie. I have tried contacting the company that shipped out the machines from Las Vegas and they will not return my calls.

Based on reviewing your contract everything that is stipulated you have received.  You signed a contract that mentions 1 coffee, 1 location and shipping included.  You received your machine, and you have received your location for the machine.  If for some reason you are not satisifed with the location you have been sent feel free to contact the location company and they will send you another location.

It is now may 11th. I purchased my machine April 1st and it is still sitting in a box in the living room. The only marking company that contacted me gave me a taxi company of 13 employees. that is no where close to the 138 employee location I was promised and i highly doubt I will profit $1500-1800 a month from that, also promised. I still have no received a training video either. If you are the owner can you tell me why the sales agent Ryan has disconnected his phone and I have no way of contacting anyone through this company?

TO CLARIFY THIS COMPLAINT OUR CUSTOMER RECEIVED ALL 5 OF HIS MACHINES IN A TIMELY FASHION ALONG WITH RECEIVING LOCATIONS FOR HIS MACHINES.  EACH LOCATION DID HAVE OVER AT LEAST 50 EMPLOYEES AND MORE AND DID WANT THE MACHINES. EVERYTHING THAT OUR CUSTOMERS CONTRACT STATES HE HAS RECEIVED. CUSTOMER WAS PROVIDED WITH A TECHS PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT ALONG WITH THE FACTORY CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOR ANY TECHNICAL QUESTIONS NEEDED TO ASSIT WITH OPERATING THE MACHINE.
