Complaint Review: Coffeeroastersdirect Seattle Coffee Direct

Coffeeroastersdirect, Seattle Coffee Direct shipped coffee after i cancelled account. I returned two shipments.. was told refund was due in 30 days. called 6 times ...another 10 days refund. finally phone started ..leave message on 11/02/09 Internet

seattle coffee direct was offered on Facebook as means to points on game.

No mention of cost or shipping details.

Initial offer of 2 mugs and 2 lbs coffee cost $25.00

Before I could open intial offer. 09/18.first shipment arrived.  I called

to cancel account on 09/30/09.  and shipped first shipment back

at my expense. $8.70 via usmail.

Second shipment arrived 10/02 and was refused .

I called Seattle coffee to ask why I got second shipment?  They said it was

"already shipped" before I cancelled 09/30.  So I would be refunded upon it's

return..along with first shipment.

The second shipment was re-delivered to me 10/09..evidently not returned by ups.  

Packages left at my door.

With second shipment $39.70 was deducted from my bank account 10/02..over

drawing my account.  $35.00 odfee was charged to me.

On 11/02 Seattle Coffee confirmed both shipments were received at their end and refund

was in process.  11/12 still no refund.. I was told another 10 days.

12/02 phone at Seattle Coffee started "leave a message"..no return calls ever

received by me.  For the next week I left messages...no return calls.

Finally on 12/08 phone became inactive....

Today I got email from "Coffee Roasters Direct" with account password and link.

Tried to link, but re-directed to their official site and pass word did no work.

It asked for me to "register" new account info.

Google advised action sites for reporting fraud.
