Complaint Review: coffeetrynow

My bank was drained of all funds over several withdrawls. Upon inspection we found several small dollar amounts was made, then a larger amount till the account was drained of all funds and over drawned.

We called the phone number associated with the account and got a person named Darius. Darius informed us we can not get a refund. Darius would not let us speak with a supervisor. We went back into bank and had to cancel our bank card. We had to make several calls to report this, and found Darius had made another charge after we called him.

This company goes by several names. tri Body health, coffeetrynow, and a few others. It is for suppliments like low sperm count, erections, fat loss.

I was upset to find not only did we not get a refund, but was charged again after we made a phone call. That they kept making charges till the account was drained. This happened over a few weeks, starting off in small amounts.
