Just wanted a pair of comfortable shoes and went to try some canvas-type shoes.  They were either too short or too big in the heel and other styles were not appealing.  Tried a pair of SAS sandals.  Wore in house for just a few minutes and realized they were too tight.

Returned and asked to try to find another pair so ended up with another sandal.  This was for a special event so took shoes with me and put them on in the room and they made a squishy sound every time I walked which I didn't hear in the store.  Took them off immediately and when returned to town I went to store to get a refund because I realized that that I was not going to be able to find what I wanted there.

Was told that they only give store credit which was never mentioned previously.  Went back later to talk to owner and tried to explain the circumstances and that I wanted a refund instead of store credit and the reason why.  He went psyco on me and stuffed the shoes back in the bag and told me to just take them and get out because I had insulted him.  I tried multiple times to explain and he would not even listen.  Walked away and kept yelling that he didn't care.

The sign that is posted for their return policy is a small sign maybe regular page size but it was hidden with other displays in front of it so that it is not easily seen or known.  Worst experience I have ever had with a store and one that I will not ever go back to.  It's sad because it is a small business that I wanted to support in our town but not at the price of being treated so badly just because I wanted a refund.  Horrible experience.

ANY PLACE YOU SHOP WILL HAVE RETURN POLICIES!!! Any place you shop is going to also have their return policy on the back of the reciept. If you did not read that reciept then I would be able to understand your confusion. But to write a ripoff report on a company that is not only following its own return policy but attempted to do the return is kinda ridiculous. Im going to play "psychic" for a min.

Tell me if im off on this...

You find out that the sandles you purchased did not meet your needs, for whatever reason. You then grabbed your reciept and read on the back that they only offer store credit. You decided that wouldnt do. You were going to get your money back no matter what. You went into the store determined to get your way. You then made a complete a*s out of yourself. Embarrasing not only yourself but everyone who had to help you. You then started throwing insults because you were not getting your way and you felt that because YOU said so they should give you a refund.

The manager comes out and attempts to assist you, but your still in a*s mode. You continue with your passive aggressive assaults while dealing with the manager. The manager explains that the company policy is to only offer store credit. You didnt like what he was saying because you still wanted your way reguardless. You ramped up your name calling and over drama BS. You went to far and the manager told you to get out.

Im betting that what I predicted is much much closer to the truth then what you have posted. You do realize the reason they offer store credit only is because females think its ok to wear something once then take it back?? Why am I thinking this is exactly what your pulling. Take the store credit!!!! Getting something back is better then getting nothing back. Im also pretty sure that manager will not have you in thier store ever again. SO try another store.
