Cohen's claim to be the 7th largest optical chain in the US.

Reports on their service are devastating.
I often used them, as a former New Yorker.
Bring in your own frames and they will put in the optical glass Rx at a good price.

However, in late October 2009 I brought in $300 Oliver Peeple's frames from Madison Avenue to have optical glass installed.

I flew back to California on Jet Blue. They never sent the glasses. Never gave me a UPS tracking number. They never. 

That was over five months ago.

I paid. I waited. 

And waited. They had no UPS tracking number, could not find anything.

Tatiana -- from "regional" -- tells the Visa investigation that I had signed for them. I was in California! So they not only fail at the job, but they lie.
