Complaint Review: Coin House

I order these Aztec coins and when I ordered 30 I got15 free. When I received my order I received 34 not 45 as promised.

These coins were very poorly packed. One or two things happen, they shorted me the coins, or they fell out of the box or were removed in transit. I've tried to contact them by email many times and have failed to receive a response. It appears they came from China 1st and arrived at the above address. They sent my order to my address. 

I went to the USPS and show them a box, they took the information from the box. The post office will try to run a trace to see if any of the coins could be found in there lost items and if there is any insurance. Since the above company state that everything shipped out is insured.

The reason for this report is they failed to respond and I would like what I order or a refund. It just odd that I haven't been contacted yet in regard to the above.
