coinbull makes big promises, so i made a small investment to see what they are all about. after a while i realized i did not want to do business with them. (my account manager David brooks sounded like a bad used car salesman). i did not trust him at all, he kept on asking for more money and asking questions that did not seem like an account manager should be asking. he kept bragging about all the money he managed, 13 million he said. he also said my investment was so small he wanted more so he could make me money. I was uneasy about this to begin with, now after the coinBULL was up to my ears, I decided to ask for my investment back. I did not do any trades or ask for any money that was not mine, i just wanted my own money back.

in the platform you have no control over taking money out you can only put money in and move it around. so no matter how much it says you have, it is not yours until you "account manager" approves your request. So i put in the request. then was contacted by legal department and was forced to sign a document that actually says you can not get your money back. in the e mail i sent it to them, i made them say that this document does not void my ability to have my withdraw request fulfilled. Then i e mailed my "account manager" and told him i signed the document you said i had to sign so i can have my money back....

no contact, no contact, no contact. Over and over again i submitted written requests for the funds, and over and over again i was not taken care of. A month goes by... so i started contacting the platforms chat and support for assistance. Over and over again i got on the chat and asked for help and over and over again they said someone will call me... no calls for a week of that twice a day. Then finally David brooks called me from a international number. he said " first Mr James let me say your welcome, you should thank me, if you kept your money out side of this account it would be worth less then it is now, so your welcome (then paused as to wait for me to thank him for this favor he has done for me). I said "just give me my money back and we can be done with this." he then said "sure you can have your money no problem, but how come you never completed our deal James. you said you would give me more money and never did". Again i asked for my money back. he said you can have it back no problem James. after 30 minutes of this he ended the call with saying i need to send my bitcoin address to customer support. after that call i sent an e mail to David brooks and customer support with my bit coin address in it. The next day i logged into my account and to my dismay no action was taken (what a surprise). I got on customer support chat again and asked "David said i could have my request what is going on with that" they informed me they had no record of that conversation and they would send David a message to contact me....... At this point i was about to explode. I have been told this 20 30 40 times. He was never going to give me my money.

I then began to focus on customer support, someone has to help me. for another week i got on chat twice a day, only to be lied to again and again "someone will call you today James."  finally today I sat on chat over and over again giving thumbs down to every person that could not get me a phone call. so much they locked out my account. Then after i gave up for today, I was called by another person his name is Logan Holmes. he accused me of trying to rip off coinbull, he said he would not give my money back to me, and it was fishy that i opened my account and then tried to close it. he said he had to follow European law and that law said I had to make 50 trades before i could have any money back. he called me a child. he said he doesn't care about business law that says if a person working for your business and makes a promise that business must honor that promise. then he said David does not work for coinbull anymore.

here I am 5 weeks into trying to get my money back. Logan told me if they make 50 trades for me in a week and a half, i can then ask for my money back and they will give me what ever i have in the account. all i could do is ask if this is the requirement then why didn't someone explain that to me from the beginning of all this... most likely because there is no law that forbids them from giving my money back to me. we shall see. I have a feeling Logan is not going to have any problem telling a lie to me just as every other person at coinbull has. I will add to this report in two weeks after the out come.
