Complaint Review: CoinMach

I live in a 55 and over building with 80 units. Coinmach (CSC Serviceworks) does not maintain the 12 washers and dryers in our building. Currently all the washers are broken and many of the washers are broken as well. I have been going through their long, involved process of reporting service requests for over a year and the repairs never happen. The people staffing the repair hotlines are incompetent and the supervisors are incredibly rude. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for laudry services gfor their buildings.
