To whom it may concern, after trying to fund my account at Coinsquare with no fewer than 5 separate E-transfers I decided to send a wire transfer instead. So on March 8th 2021 I sent a wire transfer from Royalbank in Windsor Ontario to Coinsquare via BMO in Toronto as directed on their website for the sum of $10,000 CAD. Initially I had contact with someone from Coinsquare, and asked why the money had not been deposited in my Coinsquare account. They replied that they would forward the information to the financial department..

So in the first week I went back  to Royalbank to see what they could do and they managed to get someone from Coinsquare on the phone and they wanted another $25 dollars to find my money I sent them. So I cancelled the transaction on the spot and requested my money back. I have since lost all correspondence with the Coinsquare staff after repeatedly being told they would be looking into it. I have the original wire transfer paperwork as well as my bank statement indicating the wire transfer was taken out of my bank account.





I am in the process of obtaining legal counsel to pursue a class action lawsuit against Coinsquare. After going on the Trustpilot website, I see that I am not the only customer to get fleeced out of my money. If anyone is in a similar situation with Coinsquare, please feel free to reach out to me and compare notes or band together to bring this pathetic excuse for a Cyrpto currency exchange to justice.
