Complaint Review: colby consumers

 please help me. i had sent a iPad to colby consumers in july to get it fixed because it got crack and wouldn't turn on no more. when i had sent it to colby i had put a 15$ money order and all to get it fixed. it is now november and i have heard nothing about my ipad that i had sent. i had tryed all numbers to call colby that i had gotten from the internet and none of them work they just hang up. I had also gone ot every store i could that has pakages to see if they could help me but none of them had gotten anything. please help me find out what happened to the iPad
