I've never had such horrible service... These people won't give a phone number that is valid or replace the tablet. I sent it to the address listed and received a letter stating that they can't repair the tablet but they will throw it put at no charge. This is the worst company ever. Don't buy a Colby tablet or anything from them please don't waste your money.
