I was aquaintances with a real estate agent that at one point signed and paid an approximate $8000.00 for what are called "interactive business cards" which is a fancy name for personalized advertising DVDs.  The company was barely treading water it comes to find out after the fact and they offer to sell the business cards at more money than agreed upon. That offer was declined and money back was asked for. No money, no product, no further communication.  A polished sells venue but you'll notice that real contact with the company despite the sales avenue IMO isn't there.  Sales agreement works by your obligation to a financing company that pays them....so no product , your problem...you are still legally beholding to fiance company for the debt incurred despite having any problems with product. If I were so inclined to buy "interactive media" I would not run the risk of using this company. There are too many competitors out there.
