Coldwater Creek Liqidation prices scam Nationwide
What's up with the Coldwater Creek liquisdation sale? Do not buy at these supposed 70% off prices! I got some of these items cheaper when they had sales and coupons. This is before their going out of business sale.

Because Coldwater Creek is in bankruptcy (Chapter 11) they have little control over their liquidation sale pricing. The stores have been taken over by a liquidator who sets the pricing. The trustee that has oversight over the entire bankrupcty get a percentage of the asset sales that are liquidated to satisfy creditors. This would help explain why the liquidation prices during Bk are higher than they were just prior to filing bankruptcy.
