Complaint Review: Coldwell-Banker

We went to this realtor in good faith. When purchase fell through we would have rented house from them.  When we reported some of the problems (such as burned out refrigerator, leaky plumbing, etc) their agent abandoned us and went to the seller's defense.  Stayed in house for 2 months as a rental.  When seller doubled the monthly rent we left for another house.  Their agent to make a sale misrepresented the house's living space.  In co-hoots with the home inspector mis represented the domicile's condition and then could only brag about her "good relationship" with the seller's broker.  When needed they ran faster than a stealth aircraft away from us: their client?.

This agency like any associated with realogy should not be trusted.  They are more interested in their good standing with other brokers than with clients.  Almost everything stated has been proven to be lies.  We have dealt with many realtors but never anything like this group.  Deception and lies are the rule and run to the aide of the other party.
