Coldwell Banker Radar Group misleading and deceptive and incorrect information about homebuilder Tulsa Oklahoma
We relied heavily on Renee Kaplan, our Coldwell Banker agent during the time we were looking to build and were building a new home. We received incorrect information and misleading information which led us to a decision to go with a homebuilder who did not build our home according to building code. This left us with a home that had moisture/water coming up through the foundation and caused mold and some toxic mold to grow in the home which made our family sick thus caused us to move out of our brand new home. We could not get Coldwell Banker to help us by putting pressure on the builder to make things right. We have been out of our home for 14 months. The home is sitting vacant with toxic mold currently while we are in a lawsuit with our homebuilder.

Yes, the builder has a name but for legal reasons I am not going to disclose it.

I am the consumer who filed this report. I filed a separate complaint about the builder on this website and yes he is named in the lawsuit.

I would think you would have put the name of the homebuilder, unless it has to do with the lawsuit. Does he have a history?
