Ryan MacDonald team leader and official "d****e bag" They recently sold a house on the chain of lakes and misrepresented the property to the buyer. They advertised the flat screen television as "the best part about it, the tv comes with the house". When the buyers received the keys, the television was removed. The previous owners were also halfway  through the process of finishing the drywall in the garage. About a third of the drywall was hung and the stack of remaining dry wall was on the garage floor.

When the new owners received the keys, all of the remaining dry wall was removed from the property. Team Mac is suspected to have removed the drywall to rehab an investment property that Ryan was working on. When Team Mac was contacted to ask about it, the new owners were told that there were only a few sheets and that getting new drywall "is not that expensive" They offered to replace the drywall and never delivered. Horrible people, unethical and also violated their NARS code of ethic when they implied representing the buyer but not having their best interest in mind (the seller was his "best friend")

I would like to first let everyone know that I am not the one who had the direct experience with Team Mac. Team Mac recently sold a house o to one of my family members who is completely unaware of this post and probably wouldn't approve of me writing it anyway. We live in a small community so word travels quickly but I feel I need to expose a lack of integrity when I see it. Ryan MacDonald, team leader  misrepresented a property that he sold.

He advertised certain features as "coming with the house" only to find out they were removed when the owners received the keys. They said it wasn't expensive to replace . Ryan also offered to replace one of the items that went missing but never did. They violated their NAR code of ethics in several different ways that should probably be investigated.
