Cole Flannigan & Associates is a disgusting business, perfectly displaying all that is wrong with companies in the US today. This company is blood thirsty for cash, and willing to tell you whatever lies they deem necessary to get yours.
This company called us out of the blue to collect two debts. (I assume they got our information from spider sources on the web since we were shopping around anyways). They pitched their company to us, and a day or two later, (against our business attorney's advice), we were signing affidavits and FedEx'ing a check for $1K over to them to get the ball rolling.
They promised to have the debt repaid in 90 days or I would get my money back. Never happend. This all took place in July of 2009, it is now January (almost February) of 2010 and I have not had any communication with these con artists since they took our money.
I have been in contact with a Gina Evans and another assistant in our company has been in communication (once) with a Mikaela Salas from Case Forwarder. (I doubt these are even real names). Apparently Larry Flannigan passed on our cases to this scam company as well.
I have read terrible things about each of these companies and each time I think of Larry Flannigan and what he represents I feel sick. How can you call yourself a man and continue to promote such a crooked business?
I have spent more time and energy trying to track down someone from one of these companies to get an update or a refund on our two cases and have yet to hear back from either. I don't want to waste anymore energy on it, so our own attorney is pursuing them.
Larry Flannigan- Should you ever read this I hope you realize the damage you are doing to the small businesses of America. You are a liar, a scam artist, and I have nothing but prayers for you. Lord knows one day you will need it.
