Cole, Flannigan & Associates is a scamming you out of your money!!! They are not attorneys and all of the fake content you see about the company is a shill (self created internet hype which is illegal) and nothing more. This company is run by two felons in Thousand Oaks Ca. who are out to rob you blind!!
You will be cold called for your past due accounts and within days be asked for up front fees for attorneys and lawsuits they will never file for you. THEY CANNOT FREEZE ANY BANK ACCOUNTS and are desperate for your money. Dont believe me? Say NO to their first request for upfront fees and see if you are offered a lower amount the next day! This is all bogus and a true shakedown and nothing more. If you have a gut feeling that you are being ripped off your are right!! Dont deal with them.
If you are a debtor who owes money DO NOT PAY THEM A DIME! They arent licensed to collect in any state and if they call you to collect against you, PAY YOUR CREDITOR INSTEAD!!!!
If you already paid this company for services you are not recieveing it is time to call the District Attorney in ventura California and your bank and demand what they have done is reversed. It is not too late to demand from your bank what they have stolen from you.
P.S. There is also a sister company in Las Vegas Nevada called Case Forwader Inc. that is also a part of this hoax.

Dear prospective and current clients,
Pay no attention to these postings as they are completely fabricated! I can assure you that Cole Flannigan & Assoc. is NOT going out of business and we will continue to assist you with your past due recievables. You may see more postings in the future however this is the last time you will read a posting on this website from me. It is amazing to me that it would allow for someone to impersonate someone and post such nonsense. I look forward to being of service to all of you for years to come. As for the competitor or debtor that has fraudulently electronically signed my name, I hope you covered your tracks. And to my consumers, It is COMPLETELY UNTRUE that I ever wrote such nonsense about my own company and/or staff

A letter from the Owner of Cole, Flannigan & Associates:
This is all very true. I regret to say this but we are a scam. To our clients who have been cheated I truly am sorry. I do not appreciate all the hysteria these posting incite but alas this is all true.
I once worked for a legitimate agency but have since burned all of my bridges. I am now penniless and unemployed and am stealing from my former employer in an effort to enrich myself.
Cole, Flannigan & Associates is now going out of business and is closing down its doors. All clients will be released from their contracts and all operations will cease. All current employees will be released and will resume the careers they once held before their emloyment:
petty theft, robbery, and hanging drywall
