Complaint Review: COLE HAAN

COLE HAAN I bought 3 pairs of shoes from Cole Hann with the understanding that if for any reason I was dissatisfied the shoes could be exchanged. When I contacted them they said they could not be returned West Chester Ohio

I purchased 3 pairs of shoes from Cole Haan during their Labor Day Sale. I had never bought from them in the past so I made sure that if the quality  of the shoes or fit was not ok that they could be returned or exchanged. They sent a pre paid return form in the order but it did not explain how to make the exchange so I contacted customer service. Customer Service told me that all sales were final and the shoes could not be returned or exchanged My intent was to exchange them.. I asked where in my paper work it stated that all sales are final and they said it should be on my invoice but it was not stated anywhere. Now I am stuck with 2 pairs, $200.00 of the shoes that I cannot use. Will never do business with this company again.
