Coleman Taylor Transmission Did Not Honor 2yr Warranty Memphis Tennessee
My vehicle was taken to Coleman Taylor for transmission repair in 2013. They agreed to rebuild my transmission for 1350$, with a 2yr/24k mile warranty. It's been approximately 1.5 years since the initial repair. This summer my transmission slipped again, when taken back to this service shop; they did a diagnosis and found that the transmission is indeed the issue again this time....but will not honor the warranty given because I didnt return to "them" in 1year to have my transmission re-serviced. They offered to re-build the "Re-built" transmission for an additional 1350$ (but get this) for a 90day warranty, or 1800$ for another year warranty. I advise anyone that needs transmission repairs to stay CLEAR of Coleman Taylor, because they are dishonest, and they are not thorough.

This story doesnt add up period. We are the most liberal company you will find on a warranty issue. Nor do we require a service to validate the warranty. Clearly mistaken identity , a competitor trying to tarnish our reputation or simply rhe customer isn't providing all,the facts or the Truth. Please feel free to call our Corporate office 901 525 6819
