Coles Carpets Contrat breakers shoddy work overbilling San Diego California
I made a contact with Coles Carpets to install a $10,000 floor covering in my home.
They bid the project wrong and wanted additional money, then finally (almost) finished it shoddily.
My complaints are ignored, even to them admitting they are unprofessional.
I have a conract, they owe me a decent floor. They have only partial payment. it's a waiting game for them. I will win.

It has recently come to my attention that this claim was made against our company. Unfortunately, the consumer either chose to remain anonymous or this is a claim with no basis in fact.
Coles has been in business since 1947 and we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. We strive to make every installation correct and always work to resolve any problems in a fair and professional manner. It is dissapointing to see a claim made against our company with no supporting information and with no opportunity to resolve the situation or give our side to the story as there is no way to determine who this consumer is from the information given.
Coles has been awarded the Best Carpet and Flooring Company in San Diego for 5 years in a row in the Union Tribune readers poll, has been a winner of the BBB Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics, and has received numerous other awards for our attention to customer service and professionalism. It is our desire that our customers receive the best possible service.
