Complaint Review: Colimbia House Dvd

I would like to to report a complaint. My son and I have been trying to stop directors selections from coming completely for a whole lot of month's. We just want them to come when he orders. Everytime someone assures us that they won't come....they still keep coming. My son has received an offending letter that I came across telling him that he wasn't cooperating when none of this is true.He's really tired of trying to contact Columbia house about this.

As a company i feel that my son should not have received such an offending letter from these people after him and I have been trying to stop these directors selections since around Christmas.

I talked to a supervisor today and she told me the letter SHOULD have been sent and basically she was very rude to me. She was very offending to me. My son cannot afford to pay for these directors selections and doesn't have the time to keep cancelling the shipment each month. I am totally confused and very sad of my son and I having to reach these rude people. If it was me I would cancell my account from all the rudeness we have been receiving....but he likes Columbia house so I am trying to be cooperative about this.

I am very concerned about the way Columbia house has been treating him. My son and I send the selections with return on them just as the representavies told us and today i came across this letter stating that my son is not cooperating and that the returns are inconvenient. I am very upset and I cannot understand why a customer is being treated this way. Please help us.
