I spent money on a 500$ suit and have been in this industry for almost 20 years. I turned down many other job offers because at this time in my life I really wanted a career that I would grow and settle with permanently. These people never even had the courtesy to call me with regular updates, even after leaving numerous voice mails, texts and emails. They are the most unprofessional organization I have ever dealt with in my life. I highly recommended seeking employment with a credible organization that takes the time to at least keep you up to date. They try and promise you will get a job, but they fail to follow through with any communication. They want your money, like any other recruiting agency,

Dear Steven Guild and Aditya Chaudhary/Collabera Michigan,

As stated earlier via phone to the both of you and quoted in the numerous emails, texts and voice mails I left, Steve Guild was supposed to, at the least contact me and promised to do so on several occasions regarding a position I applied with through Collabera.
I have chosen to not go any further with Collabera and professionally expressed my concerns with you both.
I have never dealt with persons so unprofessional in my 20 years of Health Care experience.  I was blatantly lied to, by Steve stating he would "keep me up to date" regarding a position I was very interested in over 2 1/2 to 3 weeks ago.

I have left over 4 emails and voice mails with Aditya and 5 voice mails with Steve, never receiving any feedback, until today when I called Aditya from a different phone number and Steve texted me stating I didn't get the position, but only after I stressed to Aditya that I wanted nothing to do with Collabera now and in the future.  It took Steve about 2 seconds to contact me today.

This is rude, extremely unprofessional and I would never want, nor refer any professionals in my business to Collabera.  Thank goodness I did not turn down any positions or was in a position just waiting for a call that would never come, considering Steve and Aditya do not keep Collabera's clients updated AT ALL, except in the beginning when they might make some money off a human being.

Thank you for your time.  This email will be forwarded to corporate in New Jersey, along with the District Manager in Michigan, etc.
Best of luck.
