This organization was formed in 2010 as a partnership to pool funds from members for the purpose of investing in business projects.

According to the agreement, funds were only to be used to invest in onging projects or projects created by CNV.

Shortly after joining, I learned that the organization had made several loans to friends or relatives of the managing partner, William Darrel Carter.

I also learned that certain activities involving the use of company funds were unethical i f not illegal and that membership was not being informed of these issues as required by the partnership agreement.

Since I have been banished form the partnership I have learned that CNV Transport, a car hauling enterprise, has been incoporated using the CNV name and logo and possibly funds collected from CNV members including myslef.

As of yet no member that I have talked with is aware of this last fact, although the company has websites and Facebook pages highlighting the trucking business.

I contributed a total of $200 as a partner until it became clear that the company was not living up to its partnership agreement, and whan I pressed for more information such as financial accounting reports or other progress accounts which were promised in the partnership agreement I was blocked form further participation in partnership business, to include a refusal to account for my contributions or to refnd same.

Many emails to the managers, William Carter and Monte Davis have been ignored.

My original complaint was to recover my investment or a comlete accounting of it, but having learned of the new trucking business I now wish to have my membership staus reinstated or be given access to the website and the details involving the trucking company, which at this writing is operating in several states including Ohio and Texas.
