Collect Pros Attempted to collect $365.75 for US Weekly Magazine that I never ordered. Woburn Massachusetts
Received a pink letter in the mail dated 5/6/15 saying I owed $365.75 for US Weekly Magazine. I could make payment online, by mail or over the phone. When I tried to call 877-439-1825 all I got was automated responses, no human contact.
I went to the website to try to dispute the action. Still could not find anyway to contact them to dispute it except by internet. I found a link to dispute it and did that. They popped up the verification of the order, which was dated December 29, 2014. I was out of town with no internet access at that time.
Found another number 800-305-3404 and still no human contact. I went online to Google and put in Collect pros and found others with the same dated material. My reference number was 544656 which was different than most but the amount, magazine and due dates were all the same as others reported.
Deffinetly a scam.
