collect Pros tried to collect debt that is not owed. The debt is over 1 year old and was paid a year ago Woburn Massachusetts
We received a dunning notice dated January 13, 2016 for $87.63 for an item purchased in January of 2015 from BellaLabs. We received the letter February 6, 2016.
The letter stated that unless we notified Collect Pro within 30 days of receipt, they would assume the debt was valid and action would be taken.
There is no outstanding debt with BellaLabs. This debt was discussed with BellaLabs in februay of 2015 and was resolved.
