Complaint Review: Collectors Auctions Farmers Branch

I won at auction a Henry Big Boy rifle 45 LC Caliber extended loop lever action from Collectors Auction of Farmers Branch Texas. My FFL gun dealer received a Henry Big Boy 44 Magnum special Caliber standard lever action rifle. I have called multiple times and talked to them, they have never called me back. During my calls, I requested a full refund, they said that they would send the return shipping label to my FFL. My FFL Dealer has not rec'd it after 3 weeks.

Finally after multiple calls from my FFL to them, they got a response that the Auction House was having issues with their shipping group and I would have to wait. This is totally unacceptable of a response.  (Side Note). Before I rec'd my Rifle, my gun dealer had researched the auction house and found multiple complaints about them. He then called me and told me about these complaints and reviews. I responded that I have never had an issue with the Proxibid auction platform, but I was surprised that I ended up having the same issues that he found out about.) I would hope Proxibid would research the auction houses that use them to have their auction with. I am demanding a full refund from Collectors Auction
