Complaint Review: Colleen Cannon-Kearin dolben company

I and other residents have evidence of how Colleen Cannon runs the Groves at milford ma 01757 a dolben company. This woman has told many people that I have proof of that she's been with the company as of right now, 2 months, when in reality she's been with the company since the beginning of the year, and that can be verified. She uses that excuse in my opinion so that she doesn't have to deal with problems. She already is blaming the old property manager for problems when she's worse.

She allows junk out in hallways that I will upload pictures of later, she states that furniture shouldn't be left near the dumpsters but it's there all the time, as their security camera is a joke. If it was working people wouldn't be doing this. The lease doesn't allow certain breeds and sizes of dogs,  and she allows and I know of people that have pitbulls, 3 in an apartment. She allows smoking at the doorways, people to prop open doors all day and night (no security) and  just look around as I have pictures of the cigarette butts all over the place. She doesn't want even door mats or anything in the hallways because it's a fire hazard but I have pictures of how she lets people get away with the hallways as their personal storage units. Shoes all over, be ready to trip.

She doesn't handle maintenance work  on time. i waited months for heat. She doesn't enforce policies she's just in my opinion concerned with rent. 

background checks aren't done because the police department arrests people all the time (look online) here and drive by you'll see that most people don't work during the day, they're out smoking in hallways,  loitering around cars, she's concerned in my opinion and those that are signing a petition against her with the almighty dollar.
