Complaint Review: Colleen Cuddlington

I rented a room from this woman with specific rules of her house that I followed I paid her every month on time never missing a payment. When I moved out my deposit was suppose to sent to me a week after my lease expired its been 3 weeks since I moved out and she hasn't sent it yet. She may be stalling because she don't have the money to give instead she lies and tell me she sent it until she recieved a certified letter from me in the mail now she is saying that I messed up her room so she need to get an estimate before anything will be sent. She never did things landlord are suppose to do like letting me know ahead of time before she enters my room due to me not being able to put a lock on my door she can come and go as she pleases. I just need everyone to know what she is about before the rent a room with her.
