I purchased a male puppy from Collen Gott in Round Mountain, TX for $800 as a show/breeding prospect with a full written replacement guarantee on hips and elbows. I contacted her when i first suspected he had problems and she said she would buy him back and kept putting me off for over a year.
The OFA evaluation on him at the age of 2 is mild hip dysplasia and grade II elbow dysplasia. He also has a bad bite which is a show disqualifing fault. The emails i have from her indicate that she has no intention of honoring her contract and has listed me as a creditor in her bankruptcy.
