Complaint Review: Colleen Ouimet

We had many conversations and email threads about the purchase of a few items and it was finally decided that we will do business by EMT (interact email money transfer). Colleen seems genuine and I was willing to risk sending a few dollars to her. After she received the deposit, it was a dead end. No more email response not answering any phone call. I came to the conclusion that she had scammed me. She promise that she will ship and email me tracking number before depositing the funds, but that never happened. It was a small amount of cash and of not much significant value to me, but I want the world to know about this person and to be careful when dealing with her.
