While you call the FTC, you should also access their website www.ftc.gov to fill out your online Complaint Form. Have ALL necessary documentation lined up, before you fill out your form. You will get a direct link to that complaint form at their home page.
More specifically you should contact Counselor Gary D. Kennedy, who is the main Litigator handing out refunds for this specific case against College Funding Center. Here is his contact info:
