Collegegear.com never delivered Christmas gift ordered in November Internet

Collegegear.com did not deliver a gift I had ordered. I ordered a Polo UNC shirt for part of my boyfriend's Christmas gift on November 23, 2007. You would think this is plenty of time to get the package. They have NO customer service phone number on their website which is beyond frustrating. I send an email through their website on December 11th and got an automatic response back telling me that due to the holidays they are busy and to be patient...fine, I was. I then received an email from collegegear.com on Dec. 14th telling me that anything ordered before the 14th was a priority and would be shipped by the weekend. I was glad that I would get it on the weekend, but the weekend came and went and I had no package. Then I send a second request for status on my order on December 17th asking for a status and tracking number. I FINALLY received a voicemail from someone at collegegear.com on the 17th telling me I had an inadequate address. I was having the package delivered to my place of work and did not put the Company name. This caused the package to be returned to them from USPS. Fine....I returned the call and left a voicemail with the correct address. I also received an email response informing me of the address issue. I responded to the email with the correct address on the same day. As of today, I have not gotten an email update of my order. I have continuously called the number that was given from that one call, leaving numerous voicemails. No one has returned my calls. It is now December 27th...after Christmas, and I have no package. I was charged the second I ordered my package. I've paid for something I never got. I just emailed them again....and got the auto reply telling me due to the holidays I should be patient....it's after the holidays and I AM NOT PATIENT!!!

Do not order from collegegear.com if you have any kind of deadline.
