Complaint Review: Collier Ford Florence And White Ford

I went to Collier Ford to look at the vehicles they had advertised. I was interested in the Ford Fusion S. The MSRP on the vehicle was 17,000. I had received a 1,500.00 coupon in the mail, and I had a trade-in. The flyer advertised push/pull/drag 2,500.00 min. They gave me 100.00 for my vehicle. I had filled out credit application at the dealership. I had completely been honest with them when I filled it out. They came back to the lobby and told me that I qualified for a low-income loan. They told me the payments would be 239/month.

When I got my first bill in from the finance company it was 639.42. I started calling the dealership. They would not answer none of my questions. I went to their dealership in person five times to get this straightened out with no luck. I started calling the finance company, asking how I would get approved with the income I had. I had told them I worked at a store while going to college and didn't make that much money. A nice woman faxed me the online credit application they had sent in. It had me making over 3000.00 a month, it said I was the district manager of that store, and that I had been there for 6 years. It also said I received an inheritance of 2100 a month.

They had forged my credit application. I was furious. I went directly back to the dealership and demanded them show me the credit application I had filled out on paper. They said it had been shredded.

This is just a drop in the bucket of the things they did to me. They ruined my credit. They came got the car, sold it for 10,900.00. They sent me a bill for the remaining balance of 17,500.00. More than the MSRP of the car brand new! They also refused to give me the sticker that supposed to be in the car window. I would never wish this on anyone so please do not visit this dalership. They care about noone. They are all theives and liars!
