I am fighting to protect my innocence in a DWI case in Collin county, TX where the judge and prosecutors have a policy to "never dismiss a DWI case even if the defendant is found innocent by the jury".

Back in March of 2008 I was pulled over by a Plano DWI cop, I was forced to do a sobriety test and then I asked for an attorney present through all proceedings, the cop took it as a refusal for the breath test and BAC test so I was arrested even though I do not drink and was "not" intoxicated.

The courts will not let me have a copy of the video but they allowed me to watch it without audio.. The attorney (Glenn Adams) that I paid and hired, dropped from the case and stole the money I paid him; I was forced to take a court appointed attorney that I definitelyly do not trust.

I have a clear record and I am not guilty of the DWI though they plan to send me to "prison for 2 years". How would you feel if this is happening to you?

All my rights were violated, including being religously descriminated by the courts and no one cares.

I am very worried and desperately need immediate help, I have a short time left, the trial court date is on March 30th,.. any suggestions?
