Horrible company! they give you no supplies to get the job done, Collins building services are being represented by the most unstandup individuals, it takes hell to get things delivered or supplies to be given, communication with HR and higher management is the worst, discrimination is what they do best, i have contacted the BBB and also the department of labor for their misrepresentation on their company policy, i was let go for a sealed case and i had all the paperwork for it yet i haven't got my job back, i was told i could not work their because my father works their yet there is other people such as husband and wife working in the same area for years and nothing has been said. CBS has no actual policy, and if there is a policy then its a big joke because everything that is preached is not really what it is. i feel bad for the poor owner who probably has nothing to do with the inexperience higher management practice that he has working for him. im also posting this on all sites and forums bbb department of labor and where ever i can post a comment at because no one is getting back to me, i spoke to ed pri about this so once again my email is ker1128@gmail.com

If anyone gets laid off from Collins building services Read this, right to unemployment

If anyone gets laid off from Collins building services, you have a right to unemployment income. Regardless of what company you apply for and get laid off from, you have a right to file for unemployment, regardless if 3 or 5 months, and no matter what the employer says. They can warn or threaten you but nothing will happen when you file for unemployment. If they retaliate, you must contact the department of labor.

Note of issue when I tried reapplying in April 2023

When I tried reapplying in April 2023 their excuse was that there’s not a lot of work. In reality there’s work into the summer time. Even if I applied to work and got in late April, there would eventually be work within weeks. They decided that because of my reviews and experience with NYU and issues with Harry de la Cruz Batista that they did not like me and did not want to hire be back and lack of work is their excuse.

Beware of harry de la cruz batista

project manager harry de la cruz batista is more interested in identifying you instead of processing your complaints. I blame NYU or New York university for being more interested in identifying complainants who choose to be anonymous in order to address concerns anonymously and free of retaliation only to never get hired back because of the ordeal. Lastly Do not work with CBS Collins Building Services and or the nyc New York university client and CBS Collins Building Services project manager harry de la cruz batista.
