Collins College came to my son's high school in his senior year for recruiting efforts. My son was interested, so we pursued it farther.

It sounded like a good fit for him, but during the meeting with the 'academic advisor' (who wasn't much older than my son) and asking questions, we stopped him dead in his tracks and told him that we weren't interested for two reasons.

One being the insanely high tuition for a 2 year degree (about 50K, at the time) and the second being the fact that no credits would transfer.

Oh, he tried to sell and sell and sell, but my husband and I refused to budge.

After that, it was months and months of phone calls and mailings.

It finally stopped after a year or so.

Any college that offers an 'education' with non-transferable credits should be a red flag to anyone and everyone.
