I had Chris come out to diagnose my heat pump not producing heat and icing whereby he failed to diagnose the problem while charging me $168 for his service.  In fact, the problem was that there was a freon leak. He never even bothered to check the outside compressor unit.  Instead, he "diagnosed" the problem as the fan speed set too high and the filter needing to be replaced.  Next day, the same result of icing and no heat.  I paid him cash, expecting change and he claimed his business would send me the balance in the form of a check.  So far, no check has arrived and I have not heard back from the business as to the poor diagnosis or monies.  I would not work again with these ripoff artists nor have them at my home again.
