 If I could give a minus 0 star I would have.  Landon Collins, owner of Collins Piano Service at CollinsPianoService.com  (213) 219-7167 listed a piano for sale on craigslist.  I was driving far and I specifically asked him for mechanical and cosmetic condition and he told me the outside of piano was in good condition with minimal wear.  I went and eventhough I had an appointment, he was not there at his storage. 

He did not pick up the phone so I could see why he is not at his appointment.  When I called blocked, he answered.  When I told him that the piano he told me was in good condition, however, all the keys were defected and the front piec of piano was broken with a huge piece of wood missing and was broken both cosmetic and mechanic and why he made me drive 120 miles back and forth, he told me that the piano was cheap and what did I expect.   Not fair practice of business.  Not honest.  Don't deal with them.
