Complaint Review: Colon Cure - SMS Colon Power

I have spent several hours today attempting to cancel my account and to obtain a refund. I have waited at least 30 minutes each time to speak to a cusomter service representative; I have spoken to four representatives. I have returned their product via Certified US Mail. Yet I have been told by the most recent representative that I must call AGAIN, Monday, to report the SAME information that I have just reported. I have spoken to VISA, a company that refuses to stop payment to Colon Cure. Of course, VISA gets monies from Colon Cure, so it comes as no surprise that they are willing to give Colon Cure my money. Those of you who have hard the same experience might wish to file a complaint, as I have, on the State of Florida Attorney's General Website. Google State of Florida and follow the links. Good luck getting the money back that Colon Cure has bilked from you.
